Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is the adults-only side of one of the prettiest resort complexes in the Caribbean, and it is *stunning*. Every single room is a suite, most have swim-up access or a soaking tub with an ocean view, and the whole property has that calm, grown-up energy I crave.
What makes this one special is Juanillo Beach — soft sand, gentle water, and a swim-up bar you'll never want to leave. Being part of Hyatt's Inclusive Collection means the all-inclusive really is unlimited: premium spirits, à la carte dining with no reservations required, 24-hour room service, and World of Hyatt points on your stay.
I split my time between the adults-only pool, the rooftop lounge, and the spa, and I still didn't see everything. If you want adults-only luxury with real polish, this is my top Hyatt pick.
