Sandals Montego Bay is where it all started — the original Sandals resort — and there's a reason it's still going strong decades later. This couples-only retreat sits on the largest private beach in Montego Bay, and the vibe here is pure Jamaican warmth meets luxury.
I love that it's right next to the airport (literally minutes away), so your vacation starts the second you land. No long transfers, no wasted time — just straight to paradise. The overwater bungalows here are some of my favorite in the Caribbean, complete with glass floors to watch the fish swim below.
The food is fantastic, the Red Lane Spa is divine, and the Jamaican culture woven throughout the experience makes it feel authentic. For a couples' getaway with soul, character, and incredible value, Sandals Montego Bay never disappoints.
